Ethereum's upcoming Petra hard fork is set to significantly enhance the network's capabilities with an increase from three to six blobs per block, effectively doubling the available bandwidth. The Petra hard fork, scheduled to increase the number of blobs per block from three to six, will immediately double the bandwidth available for transactions on the Ethereum network.
