Kraken Buys NinjaTrader for $1.5b, MoonPay Raises $200m in Crypto Venture Capital Deals

During the third week of March 2025, a significant expansion took place in the crypto exchange market as Kraken finalized its acquisition of NinjaTrader for $1.5 billion. In addition, MoonPay obtained $200 million to further develop its payment infrastructure.
