So, what did they get? A sweet 122,524 SOL tokens, bought at an average price of $148.96 each. That's a cool $18.25 million spent on their shiny new SOL stash!

Leah Wald, the fearless CEO of SOL Strategies, couldn't contain her excitement. "With the closing of our initial $20 million tranche from the ATW facility, we're executing exactly as promised – strategically acquiring SOL to expand our validator operations and ecosystem position," she said. "These purchases directly strengthen our three-pillar strategy of enterprise grade validators, strategic SOL holdings, and Solana technology innovation."

From Funding to Buying Spree

This buying spree kicked off just days after SOL Strategies locked in an initial $20 million funding facility. They announced that triumph on May 1, and it's all part of their $500 million plan with ATW Partners. With that cash in hand, they're not wasting any time diving into more Solana action.

And get this – between January 31, 2025, and February 7, 2025, they already nabbed 24,374 SOL for about $5 million. By April 7, 2025, their SOL stash had grown to a whopping 267,151 tokens, valued at around $38.4 million. These guys are on fire!

Not Just Solana, But Bitcoin Too

But wait, there's more! SOL Strategies isn't just all about Solana. They've got their hands on some Bitcoin (BTC) too. As of April 7, they were holding onto 3.211 BTC, worth about $304k in Canadian dollars. That's some serious crypto diversity right there!
